Long live All American Computers, or rather, Kyle Felstein

All American Computers is gone, and with it, my warranty, but hopefully not Kyle's house, the owner of AAC.

My hat is off to the man who had a great company, a great product, great customer service, and knowledge so deep you couldn't shove a spear all the way through it.

I hope he does better in the future, and that his wife supports him.

The Fate of AAC Direct / All American Computers

There's this ONE guy who got burned because his PC was the last to ship. Billy said that Kyle's last option was to either ship the system without RAM, or leave it to be possessed. He chose the former.

At any rate, this guy seems to love my blog, and I find his mastery of the English Language somewhat laughable, so I'm finally presenting one of his offerings in it's entirety.

I believe he was trying to continue from where the original post left off.

Kyle's only mistake was not e-mailing the guy a thorough explanation - but given that people were on their way to literally put locks on the store's doors, I can see why. But with a level of Ingrish comprehenshun this guy displays, I'm not sure it would have mattered if he did.

As for mistakes that lead up to AAC's demise - all I heard was an unnamed creditor called in all of his debts unexpectedly. How this happened, what were those debts, etcetera, I have no idea, but apparently whilst trying to make the business work Kyle hadn't left enough padding. That's not abnormal, according to a friend of mine who works installing book-keeping systems for businesses ... just unfortunate.
